Always friendly and helpful

I reached Ruben Andrade after hours on a Friday when my truck broke down due to a short in the steering column. He had me tow it to Croppers and the problem was quickly diagnosed the next day by tech Jose Vera. I was told it would be in the shop for at least a week. It was repaired by the following Thursday. I appreciate being kept looped in during the process. Once again, the team at Croppers reinforced why we should keep our business local.

I recently moved to the area and needed to do scheduled maintenance on my 2025 Chevy Trax, so this was my first experience here. My car was taken care of within the estimated time, the waiting area was clean and comfortable, which is all great, but it's the employees here who really shine. Ruben and Armando are so personable and friendly to all the customers, while still keeping everything moving along smoothly. So happy I chose this dealership!
